  Pharmacy - Poor customer service, both via telephone and in person. Wait times are astronomical. Have complained twice to Corporate HQ regarding this location's poor quality of service. The first complaint filed was regarding recent event where I called during early evening hours to check on the status of an Rx refill. I was on hold for well over 20 minutes and then the dreaded click, where I had essentially been hung-up on before speaking to pharmacy personnel. More recently, I phoned to inquire about an Rx...wait time on the phone was too long again, so I called back the system and left a verbal message to be contacted. 24 hours later, I received a call-back that was most unhelpful in terms of getting my issue resolved.

  Pharmacy staff is terrible, tried calling in RX from a doctors office and it took about 20 minutes but it kept saying ONE CALLER AHEAD OF YOU. Like there's only one person working in the pharmacy, whenever I go in there, there is a minimum of 5 people behind the counter, they just aren't WORKING. Too busy playing on phones and talking with each other.
