  The assistant manager, Daryl processed a phone repair incorrectly, resulting in a $400 chargentino to my account. The store manager, AQ was rude and unwilling to help. He saI'd he'd speak to the general manager, never happened. I called and left messages for him 5 times and he refused to return my calls. I had to call TMOBILE corporate headquarters to resolve the issue. It took 3 hours on the phone to fix the incorect charge. Overall from start to finish, it took 4 weeks for the issue to be resolved. The store manager ducked my calls and messages for 4 weeks. Horrible service. I've been a tmoble to lay custoner for 7 yrs.
