  My daughter Bettie enter the sprint store 8-5-2015 @3;05 p.m.. She approach the sprint desk to pay her mother's bill. She gave the sprint associate Lymous $60.00 dollars to pay $50.00 dollars on the sprint bill. While on a personal call on his cell phone, he did not give her the change of $10.00. She advise him of the issue, he said it was too late she ask why. He just said it's to late its already on the account. My daughter advise him that this was not right because she specify that she only wanted to pay $50.00 dollars. He became irate and scream out that's why you can only pay $50.00 dollars on your bill. My daughter reach for a pen on the desk he pull her hand away, she reach again for the pen than he grab and pull her hand and wrist abrasively three times. The radio shack manager Brandon was visible at this time,my daughter ask him if that's how radio shack let sprint employees treat their customers. Brandon stated that sprint is their own company. She called the police and filed a police report.
