  12 hrs · He had so much hatred in his facial expressions it would have caused u to run. I never saw a bat that big in my life. A customer said to him "she is not armed n dangerous" as we were outside n I refused to obey his command which was to leave. No problem but not at his demeaning command. If it was all about the business he would not have taken his focus off the customer to argue w/me. The past few days The MLK speech just before his assassination kept flashing in my thoughts and mind. The way his eyes moves says a lot to me. Anita Parlow about an hour ago I went to the Shell station the same station where the young guy refused to give me change to get quarters for air and cursed at me the same station where I found the keys in which I did return them I walked up to the window and asked him what time does the doors open he started cursing and yelling at me saying get the f so I told him no because I do not want to subject myself to he is demeaning and derogatory language that he spoke to me. He mentioned that he would call the police I left and went and bought my candy from somewhere else and return and asked him is the police coming he said yes and this time the doors were open shortly after six but when I asked him that question I was in the store. He started cursing me out and told me to leave I told him no he picked up a bat and was about to swing it at me so I sprayed at him and went outside he came outside with the bat witnesses were looking I did not run i backed up from him but he proceeded to approach me when I stopped I told him I am not running from you if you swing the bat I'm going to spray you so he attempted to swing it at me and I sprayed at him again. He went into the store and I left I did see the police as I was leaving. This particular young man have a very bad anger issue he appears to be a person that goes into rages yet he works with the public. I have a had the same problems with employees at all three of the gas stations along Jefferson highway where I live the Shell station, the Spur station, the 24 seven station. If someone works with the public they should be trained in the area of public relations. The customer service at all three of these businesses is extremely poor at this point I'm trying to find out what is the situation with the police because he did call them please channel 4 6 8 and all of the above please go to these gas stations on Jefferson highway from Labarre Road to right past Shrewsberry Road. ~Anita just speaking~
