  I walked in this evening with every intention of buying a new outfit for an interview. At least 7 employees looked at me and not one greeted me or asked if i needed help. I was the only customer in the store for at least 15 minutes while the staff chatted with each other and walked around me to put items away, still without so much as a hello. Other patrons entered the store while i was looking around and everyone was greeted by at least 4 staff members. Finally I had to flag down an associate to start me a fitting room for the 8-9 items i was carrying around. She put the items in the room and walked away leaving me to find the room myself. I loved a few pieces i tried on but could have used a size up or down for a few others. No one ever came back to check in while i was trying on so i decided i would not purchase these items from this store. I will order online or travel to a different store just so this location does not get the sale. What a disappointment for a 10 year retail veteran who just moved to the area. I would not go to this loft location for anything.

  If you are African Anerican don't expect anyone to speak to you or offer help at this location. I have gone there on multiple occasion and have not been greeted but the white patrons entering after me always are.
