  I had them solder together a ring that had popped open. I've had the ring for two years now, and this was the only problem I had with it in those two years. It was an inexpensive "procedure" and I recognized that they are busy and this might take time. It wasn't ready for another month, and when I finally got it back, the stone was a different color. I had a green amber ring and the one given back to me was orange. I expressed my concern, and they pointed out that according to the picture they took, the stone was orange. The picture was black and white. Anyway, it's been three months since I got the ring fixed, and in that time, the new, incorrectly colored stone has chipped, and the soldering popped open again.
