Top floor hosts food court and Regal/Cinemax theaters. I loved the fact you could order food from your theater seat. Not just popcorn. Alcoholic beverages, burgers, fries, etc. Nice option. Slightly distracting when watching a movie, but oh well.

The selections of stores are pretty exclusive and is in front of the casino which is pretty convenient. The mall is two floors but kinda small, I spend there about an hour
