  All went well. I am extremely pleased with their service. The technician came to our house promptly and took care of our problem in less than 40 minutes. He paired his computer to our dishwasher, went through the different codes, consulted with his tech people and gave us the diagnosis. His carefulness, appearance and equipment denotes high degree of professionalism. He took time to explain to us and recommended the best steps to follow. He did not charge for his diagnosis, another big surprise.

  This company has good service - the owner was my repairman. He called to say he was done at the previous repair and was on his way over, then came and fixed my oven without charging me for any parts. These guys were not the first ones I called but the other one couldn't come until a week later, and I'm lucky that happened. I was looking for a new appliance guy because the one I called to fix my dishwasher tried to charge me what it cost brand new.

  I called on Tuesday morning. They had availability for Wednesday. They confused my service with another service ticket and said the problem was with a pump when they had not been to my home yet. Then they said the problem was with my electrical service. I asked the technician to please verify the electrical issue with a voltage meter. He said he did. I called the electrician and needed to wait a day for him to come out. The electricity was fine to the unit. I do not believe the tech checked the voltage and now I will not have my dishwasher working for a dinner party for 46 people for tomorrow night. I am not a happy customer.
